SERAMBINEWS.COM, BANDA ACEH – Setelah ikut berpartisipasi dalam penyaluran bantuan tanggap darurat pada 11 Desember 2016 silam di Pidie Jaya, kini KAHMI Aceh mencoba untuk kembali berkontribusi pada fase rekonstruksi.
KAHMI Aceh membantu perluasan salah satu masjid darurat di Desa Ji Jiem. Material dasar bangunan telah disuplai.
Diharapkan dalam satu bulan ini sudah dapat difungsikan oleh masyarakat setempat.
“Kita berharap masyarakat juga terlibat secara sukarela dalam pengerjaannya, sehingga nilai gotong royong tidak hilang dalam proses rehab rekons,” harap Said Muniruddin, salah satu Presidium KAHMI Aceh, kepada warga setempat.
Bangunan dasar masjid darurat ukuran 9×9 meter ini sebenarnya telah mulai dibangun oleh Dinas Cipta Karya Aceh yang diprediksi selesai pada pertengahan Januari 2017.
Sesuai hasil musyawarah dengan perangkat desa, KAHMI Aceh akan membantu melakukan pengembangan masing-masing 2 meter pada beberapa sisi luar guna memenuhi kapasitas penuh dari jamaah Jumat.
“KAHMI akan bekerja segera setelah Dinas Cipta Karya Aceh merampungkan bangunan awal masjid ini sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab mereka,” sebut Sekjen KAHMI Aceh Ramzi Adriman disela-sela rapat dengan keuchik dan kepala mukim setempat pada Minggu (1/1/2017).
Setelah masjid utama selesai dibangun, yang diperkirakan selesai dalam setahun, masjid darurat ini akan menjadi balai pengajian serta keperluan ibadah dan pelayanan keagamaan lainnya. Sebab, walaupun bersifat darurat atau sementara, masjid ini dibangun secara permanen.
Hasil survei Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia (IAI) menyebutkan bahwa ada 46 masjid yang rusak berat, 3 rusak sedang, dan 4 rusak ringan pascagempa 6,5 SR mengguncang Pidie Jaya.
Selain itu, juga banyak bangunan dan fasilitas publik lainnya yang hancur dan rusak.
“KAHMI Aceh mengucapkan terima kasih kepada semua donatur, masyarakat dan alumni yang telah mempercayakan donasinya untuk kita salurkan,” kata Koordinator Presidium KAHMI Aceh Zulfikar Lidan
Pada fase rekonstruksi ini sebagian besar dana berasal dari sumbangan KAHMI Forever Sumatera Barat, HMI Cabang Paya Kumbuh, dan HMI Cabang Solok Selatan.
Fadli Almahary, Koordinator KAHMI Pidie Jaya akan bertindak langsung sebagai pengawas pembangunan masjid ini. (*)
