BANDA ACEH. Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Disdikbud) Kota Banda Aceh adakan pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi untuk 179 guru pendidikan diniyah Kota Banda Aceh.

Acara dengan tema “Super Diniyah Education: Super Teacher, Super Student, Super Character” berlangsung selama satu hari pada Senin (20/4/2026). Pelatihan bertempat di lantai 8 Auditorium gedung Landmark BSI Aceh.

Rector The Suficademic Supertraining, Said Muniruddin hadir sebagai motivator utama. Ia seorang trainer yang berpengalaman di tingkat nasional dan internasional. Ratusan guru diniyah dibuat terhipnotis dengan gaya public speaking serta kedalaman materi yang diberikan oleh penulis spiritual yang sangat produktif yang juga dosen USK ini.

“Saya sudah sejak 2015 menjadi guru Diniyah, baru kali ini saya mendapatkan materi sedahsyat ini, benar-benar membuka kesadaran”, sebut ustazah Suwaibah. “Pelatihan ini memberi kami banyak sekali ilmu dari trainer yang luar biasa ini”, sebut Tgk. Muhammad Muttaqin, seorang guru diniyah lulusan Dayah Ulee Titi.

Kegiatan pelatihan ini merupakan bagian dari rangkaian evaluasi dan seleksi guru diniyah Kota Banda Aceh. Para peserta yang ikut pelatihan merupakan ustadz dan ustadzah yang sudah lulus tes tulis dan tes wawancara beberapa waktu silam.

“Melalui proses seleksi ini kita harapkan lahir guru-guru yang lebih berkompeten guna mendukung program diniyah yang menjadi salah satu fokus ibu Walikota Banda Aceh”, sebut bapak Sulaiman Bakri, S.Pd, M.Pd Kadis Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Banda Aceh.

Kegiatan pelatihan ini juga lahir dari pokok pikiran ibu Syarifah Munirah, anggota DPR Kota Banda Aceh. “Program pendidikan agama di Banda Aceh patut didukung, termasuk bagaimana para teungku harus terus dimotivasi dan ditingkatkan kemampuan mengajarnya”, kata kak Syarifah Munirah.

Wakil ketua DPRK Banda Aceh Dr. Musriadi Aswad beserta anggota DPRK lainnya ibu Efiati Z ikut mengawal proses pelatihan ini. Sejumlah kepala SMP, pimpinan dan staf dari berbagai SKPD juga hadir pada kegiatan tersebut.

“Terima kasih kepada semua stakeholder, juga The Suficademic Supertraining yang telah bersedia berkolaborasi untuk membangkitkan semangat para guru agar dapat terus memberikan dedikasinya bagi pembangunan karakter anak didik kita”, sebut ibu Syarifah Nargis, Kabid Pembinaan SMP Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Banda Aceh.***
