Mualem dan DPRA: Setelah Becko, Apa?

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.
KETIKA bergabung dengan NKRI, saya membayangkan. Kelompok GAM yang terserap dalam berbagai institusi dan pemerintahan, masih konsisten ‘memberontak’. Masih tetap melawan.
Sebab, GAM menurut saya tidak ditakdirkan untuk hidup tenang. GAM tidak didisain untuk goyang-goyang kaki, atau asik meluruskan dasi di depan cermin kantor.
GAM adalah trah pejuang. Trah ‘Tiro’. Trah kesyahidan. Kalau identitas ini hilang, GAM dalam aneka wujudnya sekarang (PA dan lainnya) akan berubah menjadi ‘Belanda’. Menjadi penjajah. Menjadi koruptor-koruptor baru di halaman muka Indonesia.
Tidak sekedar berjualan UUPA. GAM harus terus angkat ‘senjata’. Harus terus memberi inspirasi. Kalau eksistensinya ingin diakui dan bermakna. Harus terus ada ‘perang’ yang dikobarkan, guna menjaga kesatuan barisan. Kalau tidak, spiritnya bisa hilang.
Tapi bukan lagi lewat AK47, granat atau GLM. Melainkan lewat kuasa. Sekecil apapun power yang kini ada di genggaman PA, akan menjadi energi besar jika dimanfaatkan secara positif untuk kemaslahatan bangsa Indonesia. Bangsa Aceh khususnya.
MoU Helsinki tahun 2005 telah melukis jalan baru bagi GAM. Sejak saat itu, murid-murid Tgk. Hasan berada di persimpangan. Mereka seperti harus memilih antara dua jalan: jalan “Tiro”, atau jalan “Roti”.

Paska damai, tokoh-tokoh GAM terlihat seperti gamang. Dari sebelumnya mengusung “Tiro-isme” dengan spirit perlawanan, kemerdekaan dan kesyahidannya. Kini seperti berubah ke ideologi “Roti-isme” -yang fokus pada proyek, aset dan pundi-pundi kekayaan.
Banyak sekali kritik terhadap GAM dalam perilaku terakhir. Baik dilakukan oleh internalnya sendiri. Maupun oleh para pengamat sosial politik lainnya. Bahkan sesekali terdengar adanya keributan.
GAM masih ada. Tapi sudah terintegrasi dengan Indonesia. Pertanyaannya, ideologi apa yang mereka punya sekarang saat berkuasa?
Ideologi menentukan spirit juang. Kita berharap GAM telah sungguh-sungguh menjadi penganut Pancasila sejati. Se-Pancasilais para pejabat dan petinggi Republik Indonesia lainnya. Yang siang malam bekerja, sehingga NKRI menjadi kelompok negara juara korupsi dunia. Yang menyerahkan sumberdaya alam untuk digerus asing sesuka hati mereka.
Paska Damai, eks GAM terlihat mulai berpindah mazhab, dari “Tiro” ke “Roti”. Entah karena kelamaan di hutan. Atau capek berperang. Lalu ingin sesegera mungkin menikmati hasil perjuangan. Tidak salah untuk hidup damai dalam kenyamanan. Sangat wajar.
Namun, sebagai ‘bibit’ pejuang, partai seperti PA patut menjaga wajahnya agar tetap berada pada idealisme Tgk. Chik Ditiro dan pahlawan besar Aceh lainnya. Ideologi “Tiro” tidak boleh ditinggalkan. Melalui semangat itulah misi ‘memerdekakan’ rakyat terus hidup. Merdeka dari kebodohan, kemiskinan, dan ketertinggalan.
Tanpa spirit ini, alih-alih menjadi pejuang, PA akan berubah menjadi kelompok preman baru dalam pembangunan. Mungkin suatu saat akan menjadi partai yang akan diperangi oleh rakyatnya sendiri. Ini harus dicermati.
Masa depan masih panjang. Mungkin saja PA menjadi partai yang tetap eksis dalam sejarah Aceh. Bahkan semakin hari semakin dicintai oleh masyarakatnya. Dengan syarat, selain setia sampai mati kepada Merah Putih; juga teguh mengamalkan nilai lokal “Tiro” dan ke-Acehannya.
Setiap orang punya sumber spirit dalam bekerja. Harus punya. Boleh jadi itu berbentuk ideologi negara, agama, tradisi, maupun hikmah dari sejarah lokal. Aceh sangat kuat dengan memori akan heroisme lokalnya. Jika dikemas secara utuh, ini menjadi modal besar dalam mengeskalasi pembangunan, untuk membangun kemandirian.
Syarat lainnya. Baik Mualem, para bupati dan anggota dewan pendukungnya harus punya keberanian untuk terus-menerus mengkoreksi, menggeruduk, mengultimatum, ‘menembak’, dan ‘mengeksekusi’ aktor-aktor culas dalam pembangunan. Tidak peduli siapa mereka.
Kalau UUPA, dana otsus, DBH Migas dan kekayaan alam Aceh diharapkan dapat membawa manfaat bagi kemakmuran rakyat; maka tak ada pilihan lain. Mualem harus terus memimpin ‘perang’. Hanya dengan terus ‘menembak’, Mualem akan tetap menjadi seekor singa. Kalau sudah mulai nyaman di rumah besarnya, katakanlah terlalu asik dengan fee ini dan itu, langsung jadi ayam sayur Gubernur kita.
Saya berharap, di Aceh terus ada singa. Setelah 100 tahun Teungku Hasan, semoga ada pelanjutnya. Yaitu sosok yang terus berteriak, memberontak dan menghimpun tenaga untuk melawan perilaku busuk pembangunan yang begitu parahnya.
Ingat. Satu-satunya hal yang dulu pernah membuat GAM dihormati, adalah karena kemauannya untuk berperang demi rakyat. Dan satu-satunya yang membuat PA berpotensi ditinggalkan adalah sikap nafsi-nafsi. Mulai menjauh dari kemampuan merasakan penderitaan rakyat, dan beralih kepada memikirkan nasibnya sendiri.
Para petinggi PA dan eks kombatan perlu mengingat satu hal yang relevan dengan perjuangan. “Perang” melahirkan pejuang. Kedamaian terkadang justru melahirkan pecundang. Karena itulah, penting bagi PA untuk terus menghidupkan semangat “jihad”-nya.
Tentu bukan dalam konteks perang bersenjata. Tapi dalam fase pembangunan. Fase memperbaiki kewenangan UUPA. Fase kesinambungan Otsus. Fase mengusir Becko ilegal dari hutan-hutan Aceh. Fase memperbaiki tata kelola. Fase membangun kemandirian ekonomi. Dan 1001 macam medan ‘perang suci’ lainnya.
GAM bersama PA harus terus melakukan ‘perang gerilya’. Lebih tepatnya ‘perang kota.’ Perang melawan penjajah yang masih bercokol disetiap sudut kantor, hutan dan tambang di Aceh. Yang karena merekalah Aceh masih menjadi termiskin di Sumatera.
Sekali lagi. Kita berimajinasi, eks kombatan dan PA yang kini mendominasi politik Aceh istiqamah di jalur “Tiro”, lalu syahid sebagai manusia. Tidak menjadi tikus, yang mati akibat terperosok dalam jebakan “Roti”.
Saya menulis ini karena masih melihat PA dan jaringannya sebagai salah satu kekuatan di Aceh. PA Punya gubernur. Punya bupati. Punya kursi. Punya suara. Punya keberanian dan tenaga. Lalu sebagai orang Aceh, kita berimajinasi jika mereka bisa “kembali” secara utuh ke spirit awal, ke fitrah yang mereka bawa saat dulu lahir. Kita tidak berharap banyak pada PA. Tapi PA bisa berbuat lebih banyak untuk Aceh dan Indonesia.
Kembali ke judul cerita. “Mualem dan DPRA: Setelah Becko, Apa?” Apakah butir peluru Mualem terus melesat? Apakah granat PA terus dilempar? Apakah GLM DPRA terus menghantam? Kita tunggu Heroisme “Tiro” dalam pembangunan Aceh dan Indonesia. Semoga film-nya semakin seru. Sebab, tanpa terus ‘berperang’, Mualem tidak akan menjadi siapa-siapa. Kalau berhenti berjihad, gelar “Panglima” menjadi tidak berguna.
